These terms are an agreement between you and Car Worldia (“we”, “us”) for using this website. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Car Worldia.

1. What Car Worldia is

Car Worldia is a venue that connects people who buy, sell and service vehicles. We are not a party to any sale, offer, quote or repair arranged through the site. We don’t own, inspect or guarantee the vehicles listed, and we don’t employ or supervise the repair shops or dealers who use it. Any agreement you reach is between you and the other person.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person, one account. Repair-shop and dealer features are added to that same account after we approve an application.

3. Repair shops and dealers

  • Partner applications are reviewed by our team, and we may approve, reject or later revoke approval at our discretion.
  • Dealers must hold a valid dealer license for the state they list and must keep it current. Wholesale listings are for licensed dealers only.
  • Shops and dealers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, taxes, warranties and the quality of their work.

4. Listings, offers and quotes

  • Only list a vehicle you own or are authorized to sell, and describe it honestly — including title status, mileage and known problems.
  • Photos must be of the actual vehicle and must be yours or used with permission.
  • Listings stay up for 30 days and can be renewed. Mark a car as sold once it sells.
  • Offers and quotes are good-faith proposals. Accepting one in the app signals agreement to proceed, but the final sale or repair is completed between the two parties.

5. Things you may not do

  • Post false, misleading, stolen or duplicate listings, or bait-and-switch pricing.
  • Scam, defraud, harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
  • Send spam, collect other users’ information, or move people off the site to avoid our safety features in order to deceive them.
  • Break any law, including consumer-protection, vehicle-sale and licensing rules.
  • Interfere with the site, try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or scrape it with automated tools.

6. Reports, removals and suspensions

Anyone can report a listing, user or message. We may remove content or suspend an account that we believe breaks these terms or puts others at risk. When we remove a listing, the seller gets a notice in their Inbox explaining why. Repeated violations can lead to suspension. A suspended account can still sign in and read, but can’t post, message or make offers. If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected].

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host, display and adapt it (for example, resize photos) only as needed to run and promote the marketplace. You can remove your listings at any time.

8. Fees

Creating an account, posting and messaging are currently free. If we introduce paid features, we’ll show the price clearly before you are charged.

9. Safety tips

  • Meet in a public place, bring someone with you, and inspect the car (or have a mechanic inspect it) before paying.
  • Check the title and VIN, and never wire money or pay with gift cards to someone you haven’t met.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Car Worldia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any dispute, vehicle, repair or payment between users, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using Car Worldia at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we’ll give notice of significant changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Car Worldia is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
